1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using helpem.ai and related web/mobile web applications (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

The Service is operated by helpem.ai (“helpem,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with parent or legal guardian consent.

4. Accounts

You may sign in using supported providers such as Google or Apple. You do not need to use your real name in-app and may use a screen name. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

5. Plans, Trial, and Billing

• We currently offer Free, Basic, and Premium plans.
• New beta users receive free access through May 21, 2026.
• Paid subscriptions and referral rewards are disabled during beta testing.
• Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term.
• For annual subscriptions, we provide prorated refunds for unused service term after cancellation.
• Payments are processed through Stripe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service.
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, defraud, or harm others.
• Uploading malicious code or infringing intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and content provided by helpem, is owned by helpem or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Infrastructure

We do not sell your data. We use third-party technical providers only as operationally necessary to run the Service (for example hosting, authentication, and payment processing).

9. Service Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, helpem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal/security risk, or misuse the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
